Eschalot is owned and operated by head chef Matthew Roberts and maître d’ Cassandra Wallace. With almost 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, the food and wine duo know the importance of providing stylish and innovative food and service. Our philosophy is to provide fresh produce of the highest quality, locally sourced where possible, and combine it with professional, friendly service in an elegant, relaxed environment.
